Bikini Karate Babes Demo

The Bikini Karate Babes Website (thanks Tiscali Games) now offers downloads of a demo version of Bikini Karate Babes, the upcoming decline of Western civilization combat game. Downloading this presumably adult-oriented game will require registering for their forums.

lmfao I can't believe the effort these fanboys are going to trying to convince us that this worthless p.o.s is good! it may have escaped your attention but some of us made the horrible mistake of downloading this to see why on earth there were so many posts!

this_game_is_a_piece_of_crap

if these fanboys were right don't you think someone, somewhere would have written a decent review ? all the reviews I have seen relating to this crap have been overwhelmingly bad

get a grip, better still get a life BKB fans

I love this game, as do my roommates and friends(yes even girls enjoy the funny moves). It has significant depth, multiple game modes, and very beautiful real women in it. It does have a mortal combat feel to it at times, but the characters are genuine, and very sexy.

Now, to clarify a few things here real quick about a few of us who are high posters being developers... we are not.

If you read the forums you'll find the posters who are part of the production team amounts to 3 people, none of which has posted on this site. If you think I'm lying send off an e-mail to the creator, and he will tell you so. No we are not part of the development team(god don't have that much filming or programming skill), nor PA's, nor part of Public Relations. We are in fact, avid gamers who enjoy this game.

From Concaden...

First, from the posts I have seen (went through all pages), no staff/crew/etc of the game makers have posted here (would be kinda tacky to do so methinks, unless specific circumstances dictated/requested it). Just a few dedicated fans who found the humor and fun in a simple game.)

Yeah, ok. Here's user #4 from same moron.

DOA: Extreme Beach Volleyball appears to represent the idealistic feminine form very well. All that game needs for practical photorealism are more subtle imperfections in skin texture, detailed lighting and better hair rendering.
------------

Yes 3D is still lacking something for those of us who appreciate those things. The video to me is still more visually appealing. I dont think 3D could capture Thalia's pigtail flips, or Kupala's or Tien Wu's boob bounce.

Who developed DOA: Extreme Beach Volleyball for Xbox?

I wrote to DABHand that 'you've got another think coming'. He told me that it's 'you have another thing coming'.

But in my experience, most sentences are constructed thus: 'If you think [x], then you are wrong and you have another think coming.'

The phrase 'you have another thing coming' is a corruption of the above construction. You are a moron, DABhand, and you and all of your 'I just registered today on Blues' friends are, too.

PS: I find it..indicative...of your maturity level that both Pala-"I just registered today"-din and DAB-"I just registered today"-Hand have both resorted to accusing me of homosexuality to forward their point. Oh, I'm gay, eh? And if that were true, it would of course completely validate your thesis, guys. Great job.

You don't have to use quotes in every sentence, man. Ok, it's possible these guys might not be PR flacks, just guys who enjoy the game. I guess I can understand that. There are really bad movies that I enjoy, I mean some real stinkers.

As has been noted, the guys only registered since this game came out, so they're just going to troll for it.

I find it hard to believe they're not in some way affiliated with the dev team, but who cares either way.

DABHand owns a fan site that is linked from the developer's website (which is a joke BTW, looks about 5 years old), and Paladin is a top poster at DABHand's forums. I find it odd that a dev site is linking to it's fan sites. Maybe that's a small house thing.

Oh yeah... and the site that sent the link to Blues, tiscali games, gave the game a whopping 15% in it's review.

This is not a game that any self respecting gamer will own. I find it hard to understand quite who will own this game, but never mind.

BTW, check out the tasteful artwork: http://games.tiscali.cz/reviews/bikinikaratebabes/art4f.jpg

Greetings everyone

Seems a small hornets nest has developed here Everyone has their opinion (and is entitled to them, of course), but I felt I should clarify a couple things so at least the bickering can be based on truth.

First, from the posts I have seen (went through all pages), no staff/crew/etc of the game makers have posted here (would be kinda tacky to do so methinks, unless specific circumstances dictated/requested it). Just a few dedicated fans who found the humor and fun in a simple game.

Second, few "die-hard gamers" need to announce it as such. If one is getting all one's importance and identity from playing games, sounds like one has some issues unrelated to gaming.

Third, bitch-and-moan, fight-and-squabble, that's what pseudo-anonymous boards are for. Just offering the idea of basing it on what the situation actually is.

BKB is cute, humorous, visually-appealing game, close to a Mortal Kombat (the first) in gameplay/feel. Instead of blood and guts, there's T & A (all playful, nothing explicit). Doesn't really "belong" on a porn site, though I am sure some business could be achieved there. Being advertised on a "normal" game board/page is appropriate, based on the content of the game itself.

Don't expect "Game of the Year" (unless they have a cute/silliness factor category). It's a visually appealing, tongue-in-cheek, "fighting" game... one that shows you don't need blood, guts, gore, beheadings, ripping spines, expoding corpses, incinerating flesh, babies, animals, friendship (... Friendship?), or spiked pits for an entertaining diversion.

(also has some additional content about the ladies who appeared in the game (models, actresses, gymnists, martial arts experts, etc)... interviews, head shots (the modeling kind ), sounds effects, the music they used, outtakes, bloopers, etc)

Certainly not a game for "everyone", but some of the opinions were a tad harsh and based on a lack of knowledge of the product produced (not liking it after acutally playing the real thing and "giving it a chance", I got no problem with... just some of the things I read here seemed to be shooting from the hip)

OK, I'm done *dons flame-resistant armor* Flame away

Anyone who takes this game as anything more than a bad joke needs to politely remove themselves from the gene pool.
Your "poor taste" allele could do more damage to the human race than cancer.
It's a bargain-bin FMV fighting game featuring low-grade strippers in bathing suits. Defending this as "good game design" is an insult to actual good game design. It's like saying Jenna Jameson is Broadway-calibur actress.

DOA: Extreme Beach Volleyball appears to represent the idealistic feminine form very well. All that game needs for practical photorealism are more subtle imperfections in skin texture, detailed lighting and better hair rendering. Wake up, it's 2003 and BKB is still stuck in the 90s.

"Did I really?

You clearly lost the battle of grammar quite awhile back...

Surely it should be

You clearly lost the battle of grammar earlier? or quite A WHILE back"

Either version (awhile/a while) is acceptable. Takes a bit of sting out of your so-called 'slam', but there it is.

Want to run with the big monkeys? Bring some brain cells to the fight next time.

And the fact that you've lapsed into quibbling about grammar and spelling issues proves that you've lost the original argument.

Begone. And take this pusball of a demo with you.

Yes this game appeals to my puerile interests but isnt that what all games are about?

In the gaming world you can kick the big guys butt, slam the gas pedal, be a superhero or you can see chicks in bikinis fight it out. The only thing the game is missing is 'girls jumping on trampolines' mode. Yep purile interests.....

It is far from porn. If you dont appreciate the games female appeal you probably either have no interest in viewing sexy teasing women or you were raised on
playboy centerfolds.

I am not a gamer but I know what I like. Personally 3D graphics arent for me...yet. 3D graphics are becoming better all the time and can look as real as a movie but they are better at making cars and jets not people (in real time any ways). I like the graphics in this game. Yes they are technically "flat" but they capture the uniqueness of the women. Which fighter has a birth mark on her thigh?
See what I mean?

Game play was enjoyable. It can can be adjusted to suit your skills.

Each fighter has their unique moves and strengths and weaknesses.

I havent played the demo so I dont know what is missing from it but the game itself has many characters to play and things to discover.

Yep I am a member of their site (I dont work for them). My interests lie in seeing the game develop with more features/storylines/characters. I would like people to try it.

Right, you don't work for the company. Then why the fuck are you getting so defensive of this game? I thought MDK was a great game, a lot of people didn't. We agree to disagree.

You could stand to learn a lot from Derek Smart. At least when he replies to the flamebait over his game, he's honest about who he is.

Apologies to Dr. Smart for any implied comparison between BC3K and BKB. One involved years of hard work and frustration, a labor of love. The other appears to be a quick attempt to make a buck by selling the lowest common denominator.

Oh don't get me wrong. If you make a pile of cash off the Deer Hunter crowd, more power to you. Just don't expect the foes of shovelware to respect you. Nothing angers hard-core gamers more than the fact that total piles of stinking crap can succeed commercially, while real works of art and craftsmanship often suffer.

Go ahead, squirm some more. You entertain us, monkey boy.
