EA Ship Battlefield 1942 The Road to Rome for the PC
is the press release announcing the Sicilian campaign expansion for the World
War II combat game is now available. On a related note, Mega-Battlefield1942 Mega-Bf1942 + Editing
(thanks Tiscali Games) has 2D
overview maps of each of the areas included in the add-on. Here's a bit on The
Road to Rome from the press release: "Focusing on the Italian and Sicilian
campaigns of WWII, players can choose to fight on six new maps including
Operation Husky (Sicily) and the battles for Anzio and Monte Cassino. Each map
contains highly detailed environments featuring elements such as Italian houses,
Mediterranean trees and the Monte Cassino Monastery. Controllable vehicles are
the heart of the original Battlefield 1942 experience and The Road to Rome
delivers by offering eight new vehicles, including the German BF-110 and British
Mosquito twin-engine fighter-bombers, in addition to the more than 30 vehicles
in the original title. There are also new Italian, British and German vehicles
and anti-tank guns."
Why, you're right, I did mean drawer. Of course, that doesn't change anything now does it? Here I am, still smart, and there you are, still incapable of formulating anything beyond a simple soundbyte.
