As promised, this NVIDIA Game Spotlight & Download Page now features a new playable demo for Delta Force Black Hawk Down, the latest installment in the DF series of tactical shooters that's based in Mogadishu, Somalia. As was announced (story), the 132 MB demo, which contains a sample of both single- and multiplayer play, is hosted there exclusively for a couple of days before mirrors will be permitted to carry the file. Third try of this demo. The singleplayer is still a joke and the multiplayer is mildly entertaining. Bargain bin at best for me. The only thing this game has going for it really is the graphics and the die-hard DF fans. In the words of guru Butthead, "You can't polish a turd, Beavis."
