Yeah and graphical the game'll look much better too, because it's single player only they had the possability to make the graphics as good as possible or something

And yeah Unreal Tournament 2003 just sucks imo. It's Unreal Tournament 1 with better graphics.. that's all.

I don't like buy a game without a demo either, OR a chance to play it before I buy it. My funds are just too tied up with college expenses to get a pc game that costs as much as a cheap text book unless I know its worth my time and money investment, and the only way i really think I'll know is if I play it.

But that is just my way, for all those buying it, I hope you enjoy it, and I'll likely envy you too.

Unreal 2 is being made by a different company than UT2003, so don't let UT2003's crapness make the decision for you.

Uhh... I think I'll get U2 without a demo... since everything I've read from those that have had the chance to play the game seem to think it is the best thing since sliced bread. Ooooooh, yeah... I'll get this one. How can you people not get chills by the fact that we will get our hands on such a probable fantasic sci-fi shooter?

I just wish I could start Metroid Prime again as if I never played it.

Kinda looks neat and all... but I just DON'T buy a game without a demo.

Luckily I don't speak German so I don't know wtf he ever said. I just got reminded of Tomb Raider a little too much to give a flying f*** about any new fps/hero kinda games.

Hm. I had the download running within a minute or less. Gamer's Hell offers a lot of mirrors.

That said, I only got movie #3, and even that I couldn't stand to fully watch. It looks nice, but not really better than UT2003 (at least in no way discernable in a low res washed out movie), and what I saw of the gameplay can only be described as kind of dull. I'm sure the final game will be nice and all, but watching somebody play it doesn't give me anything. Plus the reviewer is just incredibly annoying, he has like three sentences which he repeats in little variations and has a way to state the blindingly obvious that makes me retch.

Er. Maybe I'm taking this a tad too serious? I think I'll go to bed now.

I like the movies 2 and 3. The seamless indoor-->outdoor is amazing. the environments show great art.
And the textures are the best a have seen in a game. a w e s o m e !

But why can't this reviewer guy keep his mouth shout, it is not like his commentary is very interesting nor telling something new... The images speak for themselves.

It's good that you didn't see the other two parts Dr.Haggard or you would have seen a guy with the nastiest looking teeth you have ever seen. They were so bad they actually affected his speech.

the only area suspect that I can tell so far is enemy animations. They seem blatantly gamelike, or unfinished. The vids are kinda dark, but everything else seems tight.

Well I've watched parts 1 & 2 (I won't watch any more because I don't want to spoil too much) but I have to say watching this has got me a lot more excited about the game than that godawful official trailer did.

icqing to a bud right now, haven`t watched em yet. I hope it was worth the pain in the azz to finally get em. The Netherlands server once ya get on it was pretty fast. lol
