If cost isn't too much of an issue, is there any way you can swap that card out of there for something better.
Matrox needs to lead, follow, or get out of the way. I have yet to see something as good as ATI or nVidia coming from Matrox. Just my personal opinion.
In fact, the first Matrox card I ever bought supposedly for 3D gaming was the Mystique (spelling?), and it didn't even support OpenGL at the time. (It was returned to the store within 3 days after purchasing it.)
