upcoming shooter sequel in the works at Legend Entertainment. Based on getting
to check out the game first-hand, the article includes quotes from Legend's Glen
Dahlgren in discussing how the Unreal follow-up may finally surpass Half-Life in
the author's mind as the preeminent single-player FPS, what gameplay is like,
and the decision to forego any sort of multiplayer support.
Half Life was great, like FOUR YEARS AGO. I'm still not sure wtf so many people still play Counter Strike, but without it and other great mods for HL like DoD and NS, it would have died a long time ago.
Team Fortress 2 is vaporware I'm afraid... anyone else remember when it was supposed to be an add-on to Half Life, to be released with or shortly after HL? Unless they really pull something out of their ass for this one... TF2 is dead.
