I love total ahhnihilation. But when we moved my parents sold the game off in the garage sale along with some other classics (warcraft 2, starcraft etc) i've since replenished most of the losses, but i cant find total ahhnihilation anywhere. i dont even know if it will work with xp i want my favorite game back

Besides Warren the only other Game Designers I hold any sort of respect for is the Total Annihilation/Dungeon Siege guy, and Peter "Black and White" Mouly... um however you pronouce it, the Folks at Bioware, Red Storm Entertainmen (DAMMIT Guys we still want Vanguard!), Chris Taylor from the Roller Coaster Tycoon games, (I think that's the same name for the TA/DS game), Mucky Foot Team. Will Wright, Raven Software (muhaa I cut off your head with mah saber!), The Morrowind Team, Rockstar Games (Where the hell is Vice City for the PC? ), Larry Holand and a few other's i can't remember at this time.

But I agree that I enjoy Always enjoy interviews with Warren as I think he's the "Wise Man" of the Gaming Industry.

Warren Spector quite likely is the LAST of the awesome game designers out there. All the others have, by now, produced a big floating pile of steaming poo, but Warren is still batting 1.000 in my book.

Yep, the industry could definitely use more people like him. No matter how many interviews I read, the stuff Warren says always sounds strangely *right*. That's a guy with some great insights.
