There's some Halo: Combat Evolved for PC news on GameSpot with a status report on the PC version of the Xbox shooter. The article recounts the history of this project as a PC/Mac project that was assimilated into an Xbox project upcoming Microsoft's acquisition of Bungie, how Gearbox happened to become involved in the PC port, some of the technical hurdles they have vied with, what parts of the "about 40% done" project they have completed, plans to add next-gen graphics card and internet support, and more.

Sorry Blue, I keep posting stuff that has little or nothing to do with the post, but I need some help...

I'm a high school Senior, so I had to save up a while to get 2 grand for my new computer (my old p2 300 was starting to die). So I got a Dell. Whoops. The computer is not all that bad, its just that Dell's tech support and customer service are horrible! I mean, really, really bad. I'm trying to get a feeling on how hard it is to build your own computer, and I wanted to know the take of some gamers.
