James Bond 007: NightFire Ships

EA Deploys Highly Anticipated James Bond 007 NightFire is the press release announcing that the cross-platform James Bond game is now infiltrating stores, probably not a coincidence with the new Bond movie debuting in theaters this week. The versions currently shipping are the Xbox, PS2, and GameCube console releases, and word on the PC version is to expect it in stores on Monday, November 25. Here's the deal on the various versions: "Each of the platforms contains unique features catering to that platform's audience. For example, the console versions feature exclusive driving levels -- developed by the award winning team behind the Need For Speed racing games -- that feature an array of 007-inspired exotic vehicles, including the Aston Martin Vanquish(TM), equipped with weapons and gadgets. The PC game offers exclusive single player levels for extended excitement and robust multi-player support online."

Oi. I just finished the demo, and I have to agree. The demo was choppy and appeared to have a major memory leak. Even when I exited out, Windows XP was sluggy and jumpy. I had to restart.

Gameplay wise... eh, nothing special. I've played better Half-Life mods.

Don't start anything you can't finish. Preferably to component atoms.
