The WWII Online
Downloads Page now offers the version 1.7 patch for the
massively multiplayer game of World War II combat. This
post to the WWII Online Forums by producer Chris "Mo" Sherland
features details on what's new and different in the new version, which includes
hardware T&L support as well as gameplay tweaks, additions, and fixes.

Irrelevant. If anything that discredits EQ more, since they are *charging* for land and cities that should have been in the game world in the first place. One might argue that much of the new EQ stuff was in "other lands", and that's fine, but you certainly can't make that case for, say, the offshore islands in AC. The bottom line is, most all MMOGs add new terrain all the time, and nobody cries foul that they were ripped off because when the game first came out, Norrath, Brittain, Dereth, etc. were not complete.

The claim of 'Dereth' would also implicate all of Dereth, but that clearly was not the case.

You never needed to hit 3 keys to fire a rifle. Currently you can use either 1 or 2 keys, like much America's Army.
