Quick assumptions made by everyone. Its funny how those that aren't currently playing the game are who influence the most opinions.
Fact of the matter is, the game has free trials. Use them. If you don't like it, then fine, don't subscribe. Who knows, maybe you'll find out you love it.
I cannot digest the extreme lack of courtesy that Blair directs upon other people. His posts are not only slander, but a mockery to any type of 'community'. He was always a problem at the forums, and by all means he was ousted from the community. Perhaps this is the reason for his bitter taste of WWIIOL.
We are not undermining your freedoms of speech. I understand alot of you feel burned. I can understand that, from your viewpoint, you think that this game is one big sponge to suck up all the money from consumers before closing shop. We like what we have, and we are getting more. Why silent our voices when you are allowed to express yours so freely?
This is a ONLINE game. It is always growing and changing. Try out the new 1.7x patch. Then post about it. You may find out alot of your issues are solved. You MAY actually even like it.
It has it's problems, and there are complaints about changes. But, uhm.... anyone remember the beta days of Counter-Strike after every release?
