Game Movies

There's a Lineage II movie on the game's official website (thanks HomeLan Fed) with a 119 MB sample of NCsoft's upcoming MMORPG sequel, while there is a smaller mirror on Gamer's Hell that's about half the size of the original. Also, there's a Deadly Dozen 2 Movie on FilePlanet (registration required) with a 33 MB sample of nFusion's upcoming WW2 tactical/action game sequel.

Richard Garriot is also in NC Soft. If it dies then he won't have bling to finish up Talba Rossa. Or however it's spelled.

People are actually minding Lineage 2?

Lineage 1 recently got rated as '18(adult)' and NC soft can't serve the game in PC rooms in Korea. This is a major blow to their biz and NC's stock value is plummeting. heh.

NC must die. They're not developers anymore but just a bunch of greedy losers who keep stealing from their customers by forcing cheap thrills like 'supporting' PK and real life trading. Actually NC's CEO Kim Taekjin is a 3rd richest man in Korea with about 263,755,888 bucks in his pocket.

...as noted on Voodoo Extreme (http://www.ve3d.com/) the demo is out at Fileplanet, if not everywhere else:

Wondering if I missed that or if Blue missed that,

The new DD is definitely much more stable, and I have to agree that it actually is a pretty good game even though it's not really quite my genre (then again, I may be slightly biased =).

I can't remember what it will cost exactly on the top of my head, but I think it's around $30 or so.

For what it was, I liked the first Deadly Dozen, but the bugs I encountered were of the game-stopping variety (psychich AI, falling through the levels, being shot at through entire buildings, etc.) and that was with the updated version.

However, the new one looks a lot better than the first one and, if they can fix the bugs from the first one, I would like to purchase and play it. I do hope that they keep the price more in line with the original, though, than charging a full $50 for it...

Waiting for the Lineage II movie to ssslllooowwwlllyyy download,
Ray

I liked the Deadly Dozen, even though it got poor reviews

Sure it wasn't great, but it was like a cheap version of Hidden & Dangerous.

Doesn't Lineage II use the Unreal Engine? DLing now.
