the promised (story) version 1.3.0 patch for America's Army:
Operations. The list of changes, including details on the new map can be found
here. The patch is about 28 MB, and there is also a new 280 MB full
installer in the works, but it seems there was a problem with Uncle Sam's first
try at uploading that, so it's not yet available.
judging from the description i would have to say it sounds like a user error. maybe they'll have a fix for that out soon...
