There's now a Robin
Hood – The Legend of Sherwood Demo on Gigex for download via their
resumable file transfer system. The game (which is due for release next month)
includes three different mission types (Robbery and Infiltration, Castle Attack
and Ambush), a non-linear campaign system with more than 30 different missions,
"spectacular isometric graphics in realistic atmospheric conditions (day,
night, fog)," and more. A mirror of the 80.7 MB demo is up on Worthplaying.

Crap!
The game's alright, but it falls well short of the Commandos series; much more simplistic.
The AI is rather poor, the graphics aren't going to blow anyone away, and the characters seem very limited.
Unless the full game gets some rave reviews, I'm saving my money for Commandos III.

Wow this game really looks like ass.
I looked all over the website and couldn't even find what kind of game it is. But judging from the screenshots, it looks like an RTS. If they made it into a 1st person shooter-type game like Thief, it might be half-decent.

It sort of looks like 'Commandos' but with Merry Men instead of soldiers.

you know the screen shots dont look that good, but i have a funny feeling this could be really good, ill download it when i get home and see wether im right! kinda pulls me back to the old days before 3D!!

I remember being excited about this game.. it seems like that was about 2 years ago or something though. heh. Has anyone tried it? If so, please give the verdict so I can grab it when I get home from work if it is any good.
