Can't say I'm too thrilled about this one. The graphics looked good. But the control setup is awkward and apparently buggy. Plus, I dislike getting killed by someone I can't see. If they can streamline the control setup, this might be one to watch.

You could use an 'illegal hack' to get access to the Wake-island aswell. This map was really beta so you probably did best if you didnt try it at all. On friday we will really see what Wake has to offer...
when was the wake island single player demo posted? all I ever saw was the desert map singleplayer demo?
planes are hard to control 
I DL'd the leaked Wake Single player demo a while back. I have to say that the game is pretty amazing. But I can see it already: Players are going to be lined up on the aircraft aarrier and on the airfield waiting for planes.
One thing I realized about the planes is that you'll get shot down FAST if you fly low over the island. The only way to do any damage is to come straight down from the clouds and drop your bombs just before you pull up. The AA guns wont know where that diving sound is coming from until it's too late.
Cant wait for the full version.
