More metalliferous news, as Gone Gold reports that Aliens Vs. Predator 2: Primal Hunt, the three-way first-person shooter expansion by Third Law Interactive, has reached the finish line as well, and will be shipping to stores on August 13, 2002.

actually at the time it was released I don't think any other game had trees at all not FPS. Serious Sam 1 might of i can't remember.
Wasn't really much of a tree, what with having no leaves and about 5 (surprisingly large) branches.

yeah predator campaign kind of lacked though it was fun at the start but got boring fast.
Aliens was the most fun id had in a while.
I'm looking forward to this though I never played multiplayer with the original so im just looking to the new sp campaign for some new fps fun.
need something to get over that sp dissapointment that was sof2.

Screw the alien. It's all about being in the jungle, creeping along slowly.... Oh, a bunch of marines! Leap a couple storeys into the tree, creep along, jump down inside their defensive perimeter.... *kill**kill**jump* Nope, they didn't see me...

I didn't care much for the original game. Take away the Alien and, IMO, it would of been another Quake clone.
