offers thoughts about their public beta test. After thanking those who've
participated, he apologizes for the serious shortage of high quality servers
that was caused by unanticipated demand, describes how this has been remedied,
explains why some servers may still be laggy, and describes their ongoing
attempts to improve the gameplay experience based on user feedback.
