Highlander Online Movie

Computer and Video Games has posted a movie trailer of Highlander the Gathering, providing the first life sign of this MMORPG project (that previously went by the working title Highlander Online) by Kalisto Entertainment in nearly a year. The movie is available in two different sizes featuring nearly four minutes of dark footage in MPEG format, and it demonstrates the numerous ways in which your Avatar in the game can be customized but offers no in-game footage.

And if there can be only one, how is it massively multiplayer? Like thousands of people waiting in a chat room as people are allowed to explore one by one?

I havent seen that many custom avatar creations that go in depth to that extent, very nice.

Now lets see how the game turns out

Though Im usaully a custom charachter sucker...

Don't have any more information up. The website is www.highlanderthegathering.com but nothing there yet.

It worked in the story because immortals were rare, gonna be odd if everybody is one, and if you're not, why play? I'm curious to see what they plan for gameplay. Also wonder if it's hardcore a la diablo hardcore, no head and you need to make a new char

Either way it could be pretty cool and the movie/char creation was pretty impressive.
