I fall into the frighteningly accurate category. I tried a few variations and none of them were as dead on as the first one. Damn thing knows more about me than I tell my friends.
After reading some other people's comments on this I actually expected to read at least something familiar in the profile, be it down to pure chance or by using generalisations and oversimplifications a la horoscopes...
Not a thing, in fact it was so inaccurate I was surprised...you'd have thought with the limited number of personality types there are (in a very vague sense of course) , and with a bit of horoscope-style bull there might have at least been a few recognisable traits.
If it was bullshit it should have been convincing bullshit, so maybe it really does work, just not for everyone

yeah, i tried a few different ones and saw the same strings repeated.. felt like a cheap horoscope. will probably be just as popular too, which is a shame.

Did anyone think their “Colorgenics” profile was accurate? It sounded like a bunch of horoscope psychobabble that could fit anyone. I kept looking for a punch line. I even tried picking random colors expecting to get the same results. However, I didn’t feel like trying all 40320 combinations to find out%)

Try reight-Clicking on the IE title bar (The topmost part of your browser) and choosing "restore". Then, you may just have to click back on the "full screen" button to bring it back to normal.

FIXED IT
On my Win95 system at work (ugh). While the IE window was in the offset position I reduced the size of the Taskbar until it was hidden. That "unlocked" the IE window from its position and now it works normally. See if that works for you.

If you don't mind having a fiddle in the registry, first close any instances of IE, then open 'Regedit' (Start menu -> Run -> type 'regedit'), then find the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
If you look in the list on the right, at the bottem you should find a value called Window_Placement, just delete it and restart IE.

wow. thanks for the notes-- ran fine on my nt box, but I'm not going to try it on my xp box after hearing this.
Tried those suggestions. Still nothing worked. Just rebooted and now when I start IE it opens in the same off center position. It was a nifty trick now it is really pissing me off.
