Not to be confused with the preview build 12 from the other day, the Official True Combat website now offers a final build 12 of this teamplay modification for Quake III Arena, which requires you to have previously installed build 11. According to their accompanying update: "Build 12 is a full feature packed update from Build 11 and a milestone in FPS realism simulation. Build 12 forces and requires much more tactical and team-based combat behaviour. With the enhanced ISIS, Build 12 is a new challenge for all true realism fans."

I tried it out in its early stages, but haven't got around to trying the newer versions. I really liked it but there were a few others who seemed not so big on it. You know how you can see your weapon and your hands and arms holding it? Well the guns looked fine but the arm/hand looked very crude (which was my main beef with the mod). Hopefully they've changed that in the "final".
