online survey conducted along with downloads of the version 1.1.0.8 Half-Life
patch. Indeed, the Online Survey
Results have been continually updated since we first reported on them
(story), and now are probably more representative of a true cross
section of gamers, rather than the early results, which were weighted in favor
of early-adopter types.
Perhaps Yahoo! journalists think all gamers will d/l a 78MB file for a game they don't even play. Sounds like a reasonable assumption to me
