"Oh, just fixing some leaks," is some relevant dialog from the beginning of Trailer 2 from Grand Theft Auto VI. Rockstar released this new look at the upcoming open-world RPG today, presumably to help ease the sting of the game's recently announced delay. The description has a bit of on the game's dual protagonists:
Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida — forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.
Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 2 was captured entirely in-game from a PlayStation 5, comprised of equal parts gameplay and cutscenes.

Great trailer, is it prerendered or in game?
It's rendered 'in engine' and 'captured on a PS5' (Which means it wasn't rendered on one). It's probably pretty close to how gameplay will look though.

Nah. There's no such game what would ever deserve that pricing... especially when there's the expectation of additional paid DLCs
Only if a base game's 100 hours long, then maybe
The hours-to-money ratio is such a stupid way to measure value.

$100 game. Worth it.

There is no way a current gen console can do even close to that - in fact I'm pretty certain my PC would struggle and it is nearly as good as possible. With the current delay and the current gen coming up for 5 years old I wouldn't be at all surprised to see another delay and it being a PS6 launch title.
At the end of the trailer it says it was captured on PS 5, for what that's worth.

Great trailer, is it prerendered or in game? Either way I'm not a "fan" of GTA series either but this does look good. If it's a highly interactive open world consider me interested in 2-3 years or whenever it comes to PC.
