So an X-COM style game. Does that mean I can be standing right next to an enemy, have stat buffs, and still miss a shot at point blank range? Because that sure was fun and not frustrating at all.
OK, but that bank robber isn't a professionally trained soldier with stat buffs fighting to preserve humanity. Wee bit of a different setup in my mind.
