I would buy that Zuck, Bezos, and Musk are hoping that Trump will enforce their goals in the EU regarding getting them to pull back on privacy and fair business rules. I am not buying that the EU is making any decisions based on whether Trump has a temper tantrum anymore. They seem to have concluded (rightfully in my view) that he will have a tantrum no matter what they do, so they are gonna do whatever they see as best for them and their members.
