It needs a sequel that will reboot it, then talk about a movie adaption.
That sucks! Sleepy Dogs is still one of my fave games ever. It was fucking brilliant. And I still don't understand how they screwed the pooch so badly on a follow up to what should have/could have been a huge new property like GTA.
