ohhh I usually get up at 4:00am (really about 3:30 because I wake long before my alarm goes off) to leave for work by 5:00, but I had to leave early on Friday... So, my commute about 140 miles round trip. I live in Palmdale but work in West Hollywood/Beverly hills/Los Angeles area, so when I am not working from home, I am spending 4-6 hours on the road.

I should have made better life choices and maybe gone to high school, then I could afford to live close to work, but the average 2.8-million-dollar home is completely out of the question for me, so Palmdale it is.

I'd actually argue that if mindfulness had a time attached to it, it'd be exactly 4:30. 4:30 is the time the (spring/summer) sky is incredibly beautiful, yet the majority of people aren't awake yet to witness it. There's an indescribable calmness at 4:30. If you're truly awake at that hour, even an atheist like myself is in touch with God.

Not what he said, bro (or sis?). He said he has to LEAVE FOR WORK at 04:30 and that means WAKING UP even earlier at around 04:00 or so if you go through the usual shit, shower, shave (the latter two not necessarily in that order but shitting before showering would seem non-negotiable for hygienic reasons) morning routine with no breakfast and a coffee to go at the most or otherwise you'd have to get up even EARLIER in the middle of the fucking NIGHT.

What ya said about the calmness is true though. I work in shifts and when I'm working night shifts I'm obviously awake in the weeeeeeeeeee early mornin' hours and when I work the early shift I have to haul muh ass out of bed at 05:15 which is also plenty early but at least not in the middle of the fucking NIGHT!

Yeah seems I have a special relationship with 4:30 don't I When I worked at a night club near the beach, at the end of my shift I went on a walk with my niece. There were 2 plastic chairs on the sand, catching the morning waves. We sat down. We were talking about some personal problems but ended up being completely captured by the stillness of the world. We talk about it to this day. It was pure magic.
It was at 4:30.

As someone who currently lives close-ish to the equator, 0430 is dark as fuck no matter what time of the year it is. Dawn doesn't even start to lighten the sky until ~0545.

Worth A Buy sadly built a reputation so incredibly cynical, that anything other than "DING DING DING THE GAME IS WORSE THAN DRINKING RAT PISS" could actually be a pretty fucking great game.

bruuuuuhhh are you flippin' burgers* for a livin or sumthin?!? or why do you have to leave for work in the middle of the fucking night???

FUCK CAPITALISM.

* Not that there is anything wrong with flipping burgers but 0430 is fucking harsh, man... sheesh.

Well I did work at McDonalds like 30 years ago, and I had to be their by 4:30am because I opened. Anywho's, I found out that because I opened the store I was suppose to get a .25 cent raise bringing me up to $4.50 an hour, and and I asked about it. My manager gave me a check list to fill out the next morning with 10 items. I filled out 9/10 and asked about #10 It was regarding whether I had sharpened the spatulas? No, I had not, no one even mentioned this to me during my training day... The manager explained that is because we don't have the equipment to sharpen the spatulas. Anyhow I did not get the raise since I did not sharpen the spatulas, but I was allowed to keep my job. See if I had said I had sharpened them, I would have been fired for an integrity violation. That's the day I learned about FUCKING CAPITALISM!

well, guess what, on my old PC, my i9 7960x CPU whish is fall below minimum spec, yeah 100+ FPS solid, Supreme settings, RT on, and 4k. Apparently it doesn't matter that I am 8 core's short and about 1ghz slower. Seemed like it would. Game is super liner, and you have to keep looking at your map to figure out where to go, and your journal to see what your doing. any who. it's cool, tho. I think starfield, outlaws, and DAtV has better graphics, but that's because they have super complex geometry that has bazillions of polygons, This almost looks better, but feels like the geometry is much less complex and relying on texter mapping.. Either way, it runs and looks great.

This could be the sequel to the movie trilogy (don't even try, there are only 3 movies and all of them were released in the 1980s) that fans deserve.

Unfortunately, they didn't ship the collector's editions early enough for people to get them in time. Mine doesn't arrive until Monday.
