What precisely is the assumption here? Moscow's population is 13.1 million people. You said you'd love to see it reduced to a glass crater. This would presumably result in the deaths of those 13.1 million people, or at least a large amount of them. Or are you suggesting that it's the location itself that has drawn your ire and you want it turned to a glass crater after all the people have been escorted out? I find that difficult to believe, so we're left with the conclusion that it's the people in Moscow that you take issue with, or at least a portion of them and I'd think it awfully cruel to say that the homes of millions should be destroyed, potentially along with the people themselves just to spite the portion of them you think deserve to die. Then again, that's an assumption again that you don't think they all deserve to die.

Perhaps calls for mass violence require more clarification of your intent before you start accusing people of 'assuming' the most obvious result of your statement.
