I'm used to character progression like talent trees etc these days. I've heard STALKER 2 doesn't have any of that. I wonder if I can still enjoy a game without that. "What's the point?" I can imagine myself thinking, each time I'm not bee-lining to the main objective.

That is some absolutely fantastic optimization for Unreal 5 if still relevant and current.
I don't know what prompted the article today, but those specs have been listed on the Steam page for years... Here's the earliest available snapshot from 03/14/22, but IIRC it was there even when they started pre-orders in mid-2021. So I have doubts about their accuracy, and would not be surprised if they provide a more up-to-date (and hopefully more comprehensive) listing soon.

I believe they'd commented on how optimizing the game to run well on the Xbox Series S carried over into the PC version. It sure seems like that's reflected here and doubly so since it's a UE5 game.
