My hope is that we eventually get a an Expanse type situation where all the people without critical thinking will migrate to Mars with Elon to 'get away from all the hippy, commie socialists', and they'll at least be out of our hair for a few generations.

Arrest them. Threats of violence are illegal everywhere and generally carry prison terms of 2 - 20 years. As it applies to Florida....
