Yep. I might buy that Premium Edition on sale (~€20) *after* both expansions have been delivered and only if they have not announced more new expansions by then. I'm done with and sick of piecemeal bullshit.

Your complaints also sound like you think you'd be zoomed far enough in to notice the details you ask for, but during normal non-campaign gameplay that extra detail would be wasted, and push up the minimum system requirements beyond what the devs wanted. Sure it'd be neat if the campaign stuff was higher detail, but that would be extra effort for minimal gain. The game still looks better than EE, which was graphically a step up from the original release, and the UI is more polished as well with less wasted space by default.

Yeah, no. This looks just as soulless as Age of Empires IV (where is the TLC in terms of details of units, world and UI?). Besides, they have already announced at least two expansions. Might pick this up one day when there is a complete edition but until then they are going to have to retell this shit to someone else. Heck, I haven't even played the 'Extended Edition' yet so that one is going to be a priority over this new shlock anyway.
