I thought their arguments were reasonable. It is interesting how our legal system just backs up the publishing houses. It seems like they really are just propping up an outdated business model.
Our legal system backs up corporations at every possible opportunity unless the corporation in court financially injures or inconveniences a wealthy, well connected political donor.
