World of Warcraft The War Within Early Access [Aug 23, 2024, 7:28 pm ET] – Share – Viewing Comments
Blizzard announces that Early Access is underway for The War Within,
the latest expansion for World of Warcraft, the endboss of MMORPGs. This
is for owners of one of the fancier editions outlined on
this page. The announcement also includes a schedule of when the expansion
will launch for everyone else, which is August 26th at 6:00 pm EDT translated
into various time zones. Here's

Most of my Guild Officers' did not. However I see Achievements from Guild members popping up as they work their way through the Exp a couple days early. 'Know your Audience' indeed.

EDIT: Looks like the expected new-expansion teething problems are being fielded by the players that have paid extra for early buggy access, so hopefully the full rollout on Tuesday goes better than history expects.

On a superficial level, they are dwarves. They have access to unique customizations and they have their own racial abilities. Also new animations and voice lines.
Lore wise they are several thousands of years separated from the established Alliance dwarves.
