It's an asshole move, but not uncommon. The whole world watched Musk v Twitter story, no excuse for Wimynn to get blindsided or not understand how it could impact their current business with Twitter.
Wiwynn got caught bulk buying instead of staggering delivery of raw components. All that money tied up within inventory. Meanwhile, their competitor MiTAC was in a similar scenario and it's sales team found a way to move the product from the cancelled Twitter order. No lawsuit from them because they were clever enough to avoid the damages.
