Given how confusing the Multiverse Saga has been, this would add another layer to the confusion. It wouldn't help unravel the confusion, so go for it and cast Robert. Box office cha-ching!
Im an MCU fan but cannot fathom why he would play two characters in the universe. It isnt as if there arent other potentials.

"Four and one half Vulcan to beam down." 😂 Man I love SNWs. Such a fun series. 🙂
On one hand that episode clip looks like more fun times the series has given us, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it. But the Star Trek nerd purist voice in my head was screaming the whole time. Yeah I know they've retconned a lot of things, and I'm generally okay with it. But my inner voice nerd wants to point out:
- TOS, which is ten years in the future, did not have genetic alterations as disguises. Bones used plastic surgery to 'pin Spock's ears back'.
- Genetic manipulation of the human genome is illegal in the Federation because of the experiments that led to Khan Noonien Singh and the Eugenics wars.
- Even if you turned a human into a genetic Vulcan, he wouldn't be instantly logical. Vulcans are born wildly emotional and violent. They used to be a very violent predator species, and nearly destroyed themselves due to war against their own kind. Logic is a discipline they have developed to control their violent tendencies, and is taught to young Vulcans. If you made a human into a genetic Vulcan he'd be an emotional maniac without the training.

The Penguin actually looks...good. Like it's something I would actually want to sit down, watch, and be interested in.

I agree, Downy just does seem to fit the role. I guess he likes the money which seems odd since he probably has more than he knows what to do with it.
