370 Nismo and Mk7 GTI mean absolutely nothing to me. AMD and Intel don't got shit on automobile naming conventions.
Armstrong and Miller must be right https://youtu.be/9ommMKTyUVU?si=pwoV73VDDZiXs4rD

You know what worked 100% of the time... that 1/8 inch audio cable that we all use to have and use.
You silly goose, do you know how expensive it is to waterproof a phone below 100meters if it has a 3.5mm jack. Don’t you know anything's???
I, for one, prefer the occasional Bluetooth disconnect, it makes me feel human.

ok, I guess. never mind that CarPlay doesn't work for shit.

Huh? I have literally used CarPlay every day for 8 years since I got this car that supports it (Mk7 GTI), it's fantastic.

Not cluttering Maps with a speedometer though, have that in my dash like every car. Disabled.

CarPlay has always been hit or miss for me and other people I know. Like there is a 50/50 chance it will work or won't work. I have had the exact same problem in a 2017 370 Nismo which didn't support CarPlay, but failed to connect to Bluetooth on the regular, Chevy Equinox, 2020 Dodge Durango, 2020 F-150, 2022 Ford fusion, and most recently a 2024 Toyoda Highlander, also this is over the course of an iPhone 11, 13, and now 15. I have tried using to via Bluetooth and USBC and the USB to thunderbolt cable. LOL my friend came over a few days ago, and we went somewhere in her Subaru, same exact issue with her car and iPhone. The only thing that ever come close to working consistently was my 2012 Mini cooper, which didn't even support car play, but had a special cable to dock an iPod too. That worked about 90% of the time. You know what worked 100% of the time... that 1/8 inch audio cable that we all use to have and use.

Anyone else notice the Android Google Maps speedo is either more sensitive or updating more frequently than before? I can be on flat highway with cruise control and it'll flip around up and down several MPH, when prior behavior was a steady indicator with an occasional tick up or down momentarily.
