Out of the Blue

I see that the heat wave that we are experiencing around these parts is much worse in the south and southwestern US. I just checked my calendar, and QuakeCon really isn't for another week, and since that's traditionally supposed to be the hottest time of the year I guess we can probably expect it to get even warmer in the meantime?

OK Eating a frog is not that gross. I could do it if I had to. But what I don't understand is why does it have to be alive? I'm no PETA nut (card carrying member of the NRA yes) but I'd think that it might get scared and 'lose control of its bodily functions.' Besides, wouldn't you get just as much nutrition if you cooked it first? What kind of "survivalist" is this guy if he can't start a fire?
