Creative Assembly announces the release of Thrones of Decay for Total War: WARHAMMER III, adding new content to the fantasy strategy sequel. This comes in the form of three different packs, available separately or as a bundle for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Owners should pick this up from wherever they got the base game, be it the Epic Games Store, Steam, or the Xbox Store. Speaking of the base game, there's also an update for that. Word is: "Arriving alongside Thrones of Decay is Patch 5.0, which includes an assortment of free content alongside major quality of life improvements and bug fixes. These include the free legendary lord Epidemius, a free hero in the form of the gold Wizard, a new campaign feature in the form of the Nemesis Crown, and campaign mechanic updates for the Empire, Dwarfs and Nurgle."
