story of this show keeps getting crazier. The big challenge was supposed to be

<ahem> "LOL no". Kiss passing goodbye, or accelerating away from a dangerous situation, or keeping up with traffic as just three examples.
Why wouldn't you be able to pass? Because you're clearly not passing if there's a car in front of you in the lane you're changing into. And you can't pass on outside lanes anymore - at least here it's illegal. The limiter could obviously have a buffer built in to accommodate passing issues - but it you're sitting on someone's ass for 3 seconds or more, yeah it should reduce speed automatically or at least warn you you're tailgating so leave more room or it'll do it for you. And if you do it systemically you should have your license revoked because you're a danger on the road. Driving is a privilege, not a right. That's universal on this planet.
