Competitive looter shooter with no team-kill punishment is toxic? YOU DON'T SAY
It's not a "Competitive looter shooter".

Except it really isn't. It isn't competitive, it isn't a looter shooter and it isn't toxic either. Have you even played the game? This is a very small minority of idiots the article is referencing who don't even know how the game works.

Randos make everything competitive and everything toxic if there is no measures to punish, report and block. And I only watched streams of the game, duh. I don't play stuff like this. Any shooter with "social" elements is on my never-play list

Um, I don't have the game, but I saw that you can drop your loadout kit upon death. Having an extra kit could be useful for taking on the chargers or whatever they are called. But maybe it is also griefing.

Having an extra kit could be useful, but what's more useful is having a second person who also shoots at the enemy at the same time.

since when is a co-op shooter competitive?
The internet never sends its best.
Since literally forever if you team up with randos

But if everything gained is shared, what are you competing for?

Some people just love ruining other people's day.
