Commander needs some proper training. When we took our German Shepherds for training the guy who was doing it was an ex-K9 cop. They were trained properly. How to heel, hand signals, not to chase prey animals, not to take food from strangers, etc. And all done with mostly positive reinforcement and minimal negative. When I see people who put shock collars on their dogs - like my neighbor did - because they're too stupid, lazy, and cheap to get their dogs trained properly I want to seem imprisoned for several years and banned from ever owning any kind of pet ever again.

I worked quite a bit with Tit Oxide in the past and my understanding was that, while not beneficial, it wasn't at all harmful either - same for any oxide for that matter, unless you're eating it directly by the spoonful and why would you?
