It’s from an absolutely classic guest role on Arrested Development. “Baby, you got a stew goin!” I’d go rewatch it but I literally laugh so hard that I feel ill afterwards.

RIP. I'll forever remember the memorable roles he gave with Apollo Creed and Dillon. Can't say I've seen him in much else, but those two roles were icon enough to cement him in film eternity.
