Some people are going to be upset over the death of physical media, but I think I bought exactly one physical disc Xbox game since the Xbox One era. And I haven't bought a physical PC game in over 15 years.
People worry about preservation, but piracy is a better solution than physical media for that problem. Physical stuff dies. When I wanted to go back and play my copy of MGS 4, the disc drive in my PS3 had died. Flashing the firmware to play games from a hard drive was easier than replacing the disk drive.
