I was confused, so I googled it. It's a James O'Keefe thing, so without watching it it's probably entirely misrepresented and out of context.
It's amazing that O'Keefe is still out there. Even if he does occasional good/accurate things, his name is so tarnished he shouldn't be attaching it to things. But he does. Because some people don't look into his history of blatantly making things up, or of claiming very junior people speculating on first dates are "executives" with inside knowledge few outside the C-suite would have.

If you actually watched it, you'd see that it is in fact a leaked video
