The Talos Principle 2 Kudos

A Xeet from Devolver Digital congratulates Croteam, saying The Talos Principle 2 is "the most acclaimed game" in the developer's history. This also notes the puzzle sequel has now surpassed 100,000 sales since its release just over two weeks ago:
Congrats to @Croteam on The Talos Principle 2 becoming the most acclaimed game in their thirty-year history!

And thanks to the over 100,000 players that have ventured into the mysteries of this philosophical masterpiece.

Congrats to them. I "finished" the first quad, but... not all the secrets and so on, I guess I'll have to go back for that. The pyramid, well, croteam loves their big ass pyramids for some reason, LOL

Loved the first game, got what I think was the final ending. Just bought this new one, looking forward to all the cool puzzles, story, and to check out some of those UE5 features lumen and nanite.

I got the first area done the other day, including the stars and extra levels. Took my time... which flew by quickly for me, 7 hours in-game.
Also explored the entire starting city area, which probably was a good chunk of that time as it's pretty vast... well at least for this kind of game and not having a fast travel.
It's definitely more ambitious than the previous game, and I'm enjoying the difficulty of the puzzles... can't wait to see the next areas and how the puzzles ramp up.

I'll eventually pick it up. I had fun with the original until I got to the portions where you had to record yourself and play it back to solve the puzzles. Those quite frankly drove me nuts, lol. Otherwise it had soothing music and made you feel smart solving the puzzles. Granted, now I feel like an idiot for not solving those playback puzzles, lol. Hey, I solved SOME OF them, but I had no patience to continue trying to solve the rest and as it was incorporated into more and more of the later levels, I was like, no more of these, thanks.

Definite budget bin buy for me.
