I only mentioned it because I saw a curious amount of parallels that I hadn't really thought about before. That, and how things are cyclical because we don't learn from past catastrophes.

I just watched a video on the absolutely epic collapse of China's economy going on right now. Basically, the whole shebang is due to illusions of perceived growth that were false and disingenuous, arbitrary and over-inflated estimations, unsustainable rapid expansion, and incompetence. It's curious how many businesses - like Unity - are run the exact same way. In 10 or 15 years the global economy might look VERY different.
Ignoring Kosumo's reply, I'd like to point out that you really don't need to watch a video on China's economic growth to be able to talk about that. Just look at the past 150 years of American economics or 200+ years of European economics. From South Seas to Crypto, he list of 100% baseless speculation bubbles is nearly endless (There's plenty of speculation based on valid, legit, actual potential, like the dot-com bubble... those are tolerable). Yes, the global economy *WILL* look very different in 15 years. It always does.
