such sociopathic bullshit. it all comes down to money. they're willing to spend hundreds of millions to lobby politicians to obstruct competition, but a small chunk of change to benefit customers? nah, far too unreasonable.

It doesn't seem like it would be any harder to make up names for all of the extra fake fees than it is to lie about how much you owe.
