The Expanse: A Telltale Series Episode 1

Telltale announces the launch of the first episode of The Expanse: A Telltale Series for PC and consoles, kicking off the first game in years from the episodic game developer that was closed for a while before a revival about four years ago. The Windows edition of this television tie-in is available on the Epic Games Store, and word is new installments will come every two weeks, so there won't be an extended wait to complete its five episode arc. Here's the Redband Trailer (NSFW) featuring some odd accents, a mix of extra-long and extra-short necks, and a bunch of f-bombs. Here's more on the game and how it ties into the Expanse television series:
The Expanse: A Telltale Series is set prior to the events of Alcon Television Group’s award-winning television series which streams on Amazon Prime Video and iTunes. Players take on the role of Camina Drummer – played by actress Cara Gee in both the game and TV series, the XO of a scavenger crew on the hunt for a mysterious treasure on the edges of The Belt. As Drummer, players must deal with a mix of powerful personalities, square off against a bloody mutiny, explore locations beyond The Belt and, most of all, make tough decisions that will decide the fate of The Artemis crew.

IMO The TV series is much better than the books. The first season can be a bit slow moving so you have to get past that. The books are fine as is but there is a problem with a lot of the logic. Like people doing stupid evil shit that can destroy humanity type of stuff. Some of the conclusions become far fetched, but no series is perfect.
You mean like dumping cancer causing waste into rivers? Granted no one has done anything, yet, which destroyed humanity. But I have no doubt there are people who would if they thought it would benefit themselves in the long run.

I mean, Facebook, NewsMax, TikTok, the oil companies, and more, are pretty much all rushing us to extinction because it makes them money today, no?
