I've been focused so much on the planets I didn't really think about ships. Could someone make the Enterprise A or the Falcon where we can walk though it in full size? The ships showed so far looks pretty small like 1-3 person crew. I wonder if it would be possible to build a 1:1 scale of large ships from fiction in the game engine or the ships showed are small due to limitations?

You're with me though right? You see total planet conversions too from all across fiction? Landing on a Forgotten Realms D&D Planet or Andor from Star Trek seems amazing. If Skyrim modding is still going this strong on a map of its size then image how long Starfield will go with almost a 1,000 blank slate planets. Mind boggling.
Absolutely! I would love to visit Arrakis, for example. But I think it is going to be years before we see that kind of depth in a mod. I'm also looking forward to ship mods and station mods. I'm a ship porn kind of guy so seeing something like a Firefly that I can walk around in and fly would be awesome. Someone is going to do a Millennium Falcon for sure.

I have not really considered which mod ship I would like to see. I think the Winnebago space ship from SpaceBalls would fit me. I'm all in on that. Eagle 5! For life

I don’t trust him. Even more so after he helmed the Redfall disaster? Doesn’t matter if it was developed by outsiders, it still has Bethesda’s name on it.
What? In which parallel universe and in what imaginary capacity did Todd Howard "helm" the Redfall disaster? What a ridiculous claim just because Bethesda was originally going to be the publisher of the game.
BTW, Microsoft completed the Zenimax/Bethesda acquisition in March 2021, i.e. over two years before Redfall's release so Bethesda hasn't really been "helming" anything anymore since then. Not without Big Brother watching them at least...
Bethesda is a big company that is a part of even bigger Zenimax and Bethesda has a development studio, Bethesda Game Studios (BGS) which is in fact (co-)"helmed" by Todd Howard who, for all we know, has been 100% busy with Starfield for several years now, and Bethesda have a publishing/distribution department called Bethesda Softworks which is run by completely different people.
Todd Howard's name does not even show up in the Redfall credits which is about to be expected since Todd, being Starfield's project director, does not exactly sound like a part-time job now, does it?
Look, I get it, you hate the guy with a burning passion and you want to blame cancer, CoVid, AIDS, world hunger and everything bad about humanity on the guy, but let us maybe try to stick to the actual facts? Blame Todd Howard all you want but please blame him for things he might actually be responsible for.

How is NO ONE talking about the modding potential with this game.
I think because of the extreme mod scenes for both Skyrim and Fallout that it just assumed. As in "Bethesda game? MODS!" Also, Todd Howard has already public stated multiple times that Starfield will have full mod support from day one.

I'll rephrase...I trust Todd when he personally is directing a game with the core BGS members working on it to produce a game I'm going to love. It's happened every single time in the past, so I don't think it will be any different this time.
I don't trust Todd the salesman, but I DO trust Todd the game director. In a few months, we'll know.
One source told Kotaku that his subordinates would call it “seagulling” when he would “fly by later and shit all over an idea” that had popular traction within the design team.

Seriously, I expect great things from this game. We're about due for a game that actually lives up to or exceeds expectations, rather than always being a mild to major disappointment.
That's your second.Unlike most younger people, I trust Todd, and believe in the capabilities of Bethesda Game Studios. This is the first time this team has been fully on a project since Fallout 4. And they've had ample time. And you are OUT!![]()

What? It's mostly the grumpy, gnarly old boomer geezers who have a hard-on for Todd because he "raped" Fallout and because he "lied" about things that would be in Oblivion but then weren't.
I doubt that younger gamers even know the name or who Todd Howard even is. They only (barely) know the names of their favorite streamers.
