I don't know if it's my age, or Bethesda's track record in the last ten years or so, or the sad state of triple-A games in general lately, but I just can't get hyped for Starfield. In fact it's getting more and more difficult to get hyped for anything since so many of the games I was excited about turned out to be style over substance, and usually unfinished style over substance too.
I read some other place (sorry, forgot where) that the reason for the 'M' rating was mostly due to the use of drugs in the game.

That's exactly where the jetpack thing comes from, one of the 'suggestive' lines of dialogue after that happens and you wake up with someone else still in the room. We already had another 'news' story with the same information a couple months ago, proclaiming there won't be any sex, just the same old implications.

But I have no doubt, after the first month of mods, there will be plenty of randy space rutting. Seems like a bad sign. Those ratings usually (not always) compensating for some bad design with something "edgy".
Hrm, okay I guess, but I can't imagine a large percentage of the audience finds jetpacks that attractive.
