A tweet from Naughty Dog promises users disappointed in the PC edition of Last of Us: Part I that work us underway to address problems with the port (thanks PC Gamer). Word is a hotfix is coming Tuesday, and a larger patch will follow later in the week: "A hotfix addressing jittering on mouse-controlled camera movement, some crashes, and more for The Last of Us Part I on PC is slated for Tuesday. A larger patch with additional fixes will be deployed later in the week." Here's the overview:

The Last of Us Part I PC players: We know some of you have not experienced the Naughty Dog quality you expected. Our team is working hard to resolve issues currently preventing some of you from experiencing the game to ensure it reaches the quality level you expect and deserve.

A score means something and has word-of-mouth value. If 1,000 people say something is terrible, that doesn't make them wrong because they're not the majority. However, with this game, they are the majority. The overwhelming chorus of negativity is ubiquitous online (not just on Steam).
